علقت الفنانة نانسي صلاح على ما يتردد في كل مكان قائلة إن حياتها الشخصية ليست مشاع لأحد وأنها تفضل مشاركة عائلتها فقط في تفاصيل حياتها الخاصة.
أما بالنسبة لخطوبتها هي والمخرج سامح عبد العزيز، فأشارت إلى أنها ستعلن تفاصيل زواجهما قريبًا، وهذا بعد أن تم خطبتها يوم ١٨ ديسمبر ٢٠٢٠.
وصرحت نانسي صلاح بإنها تقرأ بعض السنياريوهات والتي سوف تختار واحدًا منهم للتمثيل به خلال الفترة المقبلة.
أما عن الوقت الحالي فهي تصور فيلم " ماما حامل " وهو فيلم تأليف لؤي السيد وإخراج محمود كريم، ويشارك به بعض النجوم وهم ليلى علوي، وبيومي فؤاد وسامي مغاوري، ودينا محسن ويزو، وهدى المفتي.
ومن ضمن آخر الأعمال التي شاركت بها الفنانة نانسي صالح، مسلسل " اسود فاتح "، وهو مسلسل إخراج كريم العدل وبطولة هيفاء وهبي وأحمد فهمي وشريف سلامة وصبري فواز ومعتصم النهار وروجينا بالإضافة إلى العديد من الفنانين والفنانات.
